The unlikely creation by Mimi So Jewelers and cake designer Nahid La Patisserie Artistique is hailed as the most expensive wedding cake ever.
The zinger is that after all the publicity and attention the cake is getting, it won’t be sliced up and eaten. According to show organizer Ilona Sherman, diamonds are just too hard.
