Diamond european laboratory certification

Have anyone ever heard of Diamond European Laboratory (DEL). I recently just purchased a diamond at a jewerler in Florida, and am researching on DEL, but cannot find any info on this laboratory. Are they the same people as EGL?

There are new labs popping up almost every day. Most are just scammers or morons.

If you are buyingh a diamond go with GIA or PGS (Professional Gem Sciences in Chicago) to be safe.
