The President is meeting with his advisors, and Cheney
announces that two Brazilian soldiers were killed in an
accident.
The President looks stricken, and begins to weep openly
right there in the Oval Office. Cheney asks, "Sir, are you
all right?"
The President looks up, tears in his eyes, and says "All
those people...all those people...umm, how many is a
brazilian again?"
