I did a quick google search and found www.jewelryJudge.com They seem to have appraisers listed from all over the country. This may be a good resource for you.

Since I am refering a customer and a friend of mine to this appraiser I was looking for an appraiser that someone had worked with and was recomending out of experience, not just a random name from the JBT or a directory.
