As a watch repair guy, I'm curious why you want to discontinue the service, since (like my Trade accounts to me) you outsource the service?

We pretty much do anything that involves jewelry and watches.. But we do outsource our mechanical watch repair..

Add to that we are all constantly going to training seminars 2 and sometimes 3 times a year and coming back and teaching those that didn't go.. Aside from actually making jewelry, this is the best thing about working here for Bob.. He has absolutely no problem with keeping us well trained and up to date in our skills..
